In all versions of CK I played thus far including the december beta patch, Queens are displayed in game as "Queen of of {Realm}" rather than "Queen of {Realm}".
In text.csv line 146 needs to be altered from 'Queen of' to just 'Queen'.
An example is the Queen of of Georgia in the 1187 scenario.
No other titles seem to carry an extra "of".
