The criteria for this is: "As a Starlit Citadel empire, control at least 5 systems connected to the Strange Portal network."

What does CONTROL mean in this context? Do I need to own this directly with my empire? Or could this include holdings of vassals, protectorates, and tributaries? In other words, if some of these are controlled by my subjects, am I going to have to split them off, create claim, then go to war to possess this?

Anyone have any shortcuts or easy way to see which systems are connected in a fully explored galaxy? I'm having a hard time easily seeing the difference between this "network" and regular wormholes.

Thanks!
