Question about Dejure Riverlands claims

question I had cat stark who was ruler over Riverlands. When she died her daughter became ruler, but instead of getting the entire kingdom she only got a portion, other high lordships went Indy. My question, since these duchies are Dejure to the kingdom, how come there are no Dejure claims?

Yes there was actually

It is probably related to the mega war mechanics in that case, I'd guess some have gone neutral. They will be reabsorbed once the civil war is over.
