I've played 5 games so far with the latest EU patch and ICG 2.0f. I generally always play on the very hard/aggressive setting. My first 3 games I used the Chaos hurts setting in ICG with all other options off. The first thing that I have noticed is that there are almost no wars worldwide compared to games running under normal settings (versus chaos hurts). Has anyone else noticed this? In my first game, for example, I played Scotland and there wasn't a single european war (Spain, France, England, etc) in 70 years (I quit out of boredom at that point). Has anyone else noticed this or is just luck of the draw in my 3 games with Chaos hurts? I'm looking for a good tax setting that will still cause other countries to DoW me once in awhile but still makes it somewhat painful to lose stability for me.

Sounds weird... Never seen anything like it (Except perhaps on coward aggressiveness). Try again. :)
