question about modding

hello , i am planning for making a mod for DH , and i want to know that am i allowed to add terrorist or irregular groups into my mod?!

You just can't model civilian deaths, concentration/death camps, WMDs (other than nukes), war crimes, etc.

There was also a 1980s mod with a Afghani Civil War between soviets and Mujhaadens (I hope I wrote the name correctly), plus there were the 9/11 and ISIS events in PUTIN mod. That said, you should limit your work to historical facts at first.

but PUTIN mod thread has been closed , like the other modern day mods

I'm don't know for sure, but PUTIN mod was closed because of that so I would be careful

the only modern day mod for DH that is not closed , is McCain mod , but it is a bit alternative
