Question about spawner markers

Hello, I need all the info about how they works, creating a Transport category asset and not sure if doing this right.
Also internal lines for buses and trucks, what I need to know more about them?

Also need to know bus depot mechanics, created with few Position + Destination pairs, but buses drives right into admistrative block and despawns (right at asset facade center), instead of usage of internal roads to/from markers.
