Question about the ledger and increasing/decreasing game speed

1. The last page in the ledger is titled "History". This page is blank every time I look at it. Is there supposed to be anything on that page?

2. I do not seem to be able to increase or decrease the game speed by using "Ctrl" + "+" or "Ctrl" + "-". Is this some sort of a bug? How can I correct this?

1. No, it is supposed to be empty. I and others hope that in a newer version it will be filled with the messages, you get during the game.

2. It should work. Which + and - keys do you use ?

It was never implemented into the game.
Like VPs for beeing leading country producing goods.

You are using the + and - keys on the numerical keypad?
