I noticed that there's an option to create the Titular Kingdom of Vandalia if one has Vandal culture, which leads me to the following question: Is it even possible for one to acquire Vandal culture in this mod? I've never seen anyone at any point with that culture, so it just seems strange to me. I'm not saying the option should be removed or anything like that, but I would like to point it out just in case it's something that has been overlooked.
