Question before purchasing

Hi,

I'm considering purchasing Sengoku on Steam, but I noticed that on Steam there is only information about version 1.03 upgrade...

So my question is:
- Will Steam download newest (1.04/1.4) patch?
- If not, can I apply it manually on Steam version?


or maybe it is better to buy game from other source?
