In CK2+, is it impossible to invite anyone who is in target's court without a title in my plot?
For me it is first time to play CK2+, and though I searched the patchlog, I couldn't find any mentions about it.
(Sorry if I missed it)

People join my "let's kill your Duke" plots all the time - no title in plot name.
What's the secret? I use the magic word please. They also like me a lot as I am prestigious, generally likeable, bribe well and so on.

Basically no.
People should join your plots if they hold titles or not. (Unless you have used some really special super-secret plot I do not know about, that is.)
For normal plots, e.g. murder, it is like vanilla, everyone is possible.

They will not join unless they like you, of course, as themrwho said. But that's how it's in the base game, too ;)
