a. I want to change several things concerning barbarians and colonisation. Could someone tell me exactly what these mean (or post a link to a site where this information is available)

b. Can i change the requirements for colonisation (i want to make colonisation possible even when the province barbarian power is higher than 2)? Are they hardcoded?

The minimum army size of a barbarian spawn. By default this is 2. You won't get an army of 1 spawning.

Not sure.

I'm guessing, but this may be the range in which the size of the army is compared to the barbarian power of the province.
