I am trying to create an event using Wilhelm's tool and can not figure out how to use it correctly.

One event I am trying to create is a conversion for Apulia/Naples. I want to create a conversion from Muslic/Arab and Orthodox/Greek to Italian/Catholic when the Kingdom of Naples is formed. Also to have the event triggered about 1100 or when the kinigdom is formed.

All this is greek to me so any help is appreciated. :confused:
