Question regarding AGoT Start

So I just downloaded AGoT and I'm awfully confused. I tried two start dates, 8299 and 8300, and both of them seem to be either wrong or there's a bug. Is this supposed to be like this on the 8300 start? I haven't played this mod before, so I have no idea, I'm just basing my question on the books and show. Thanks!

Renly isn't showing up at all

Robert doesn't have any kids, and died before marrying Cersei?

Other than the last thing - which is a bug - everything is normal.
1) ACOK bookmark starts one day after Renly's death. If you want him, just go 1 day backwards.
2) That was to prevent Joffrey, Tommen and Myrcella from being Baratheons, in order to prevent weird stuff like Stannis allying Joffrey vs. Robb.
3) As I said, it's a bug.

Ok, I didn't know the specific dates of events like Renly's death off the top of my head so that makes sense. For #3 who's supposed to be on the Iron Throne at that point if Joffrey isn't in the game?

He is in the game, he just isn't the son of Robert, but the bastard son of Jaime and Cersei, i.e. a Lannister rather than a Baratheon. He should show up as their son.

Ohhhh. I didn't even look at the Lannister family line.

You are using a mac aren't you? This is a bug with macs and the Baratheon brothers history files. There is no fix only a temporary work around which is when you try and play and scenario after Robert's Rebellion then you need to click on the bookmark then back out to the main menu then finally go back to the bookmark and load in.
