So I've been tinkering around as Dalmatia in the latest SVN something and noticed that certain regions of the map that sort of make no sense to me (maybe they do with Shaytana's sideline?) likeHispania, Italy and Britain are incredibly technologically advanced whilst other random places are at 0/0/0 techwise. This leads to those regions being able to raise a disproportionately larger number of troops (3400 troops per castle? WTF?) Is this WAD?

When I ported our duchies into history/technology, I just used the vanilla tech values, so, no, not WAD, it needs review to set tech values and tech advancement rates. What's there is quick and dirty. Another quick and dirty solution would be setting the tech values for all regions the same.
