This question might have already been awnsered. But why is it impossible to make the culture of counties change to any Valyrian culture? My reasoning on asking this is because I played as a High Valyrian (character creation) and basically got allot of children and married them off to important vassals/courtiers. Most of them looked Valyrian (white/silvery hair and purple/deep blueish coloured eyes) The culture of those children were Valyrian aswell, so why can't counties convert to Valyrian culture? I even colonised a county and it changed to Mantaryen (or something) wich is what all counties have, instead of my culture.

High Valyrians are supposed to be a small elite of rulers, since there's so few of them left after the Doom. What you can get and culture-convert to is its off-shoots: The Westerosi Valyrian and the Essosi Valyrians. I've never seen a culture conversion happen in GoT though, I believe it's extremely lengthy unless you're colonizing counties.

All my family members are High Valyrian culture thoug XD and nearly my entire court aswell (except my se.... *cough* precious slaves). Whom nearly all the time get a High Valyrian child (and also have the looks of one) So it kinda feels weird having all my vassals and my court be High Valyrian but my counties are all mantaryen

Your court is technically the "ruling elite". But if you wish to have your High Valyrian empire, I believe there's a mod in the Citadel forum of AGOT that allows just that, removing the HV culling and allows spreading of the HV culture in counties.
