[Question] Why can not I update my mod?

I want to ask some questions about the mod-checking system in Steam for EU4.
why does my mod needs to be checked for 2 days, and now it still hasn't been finished checking and there is always a yellow tip on the top saying "This project is waiting for our automated content checking system analysis", I can't update it but I can update it in paradox mods.

You'd need to ask Steam, we have nothing to do with their mod checking - indeed I didn't know they did any!
