!. Do you think we'll ever be able to create our own Bosses? I think that would be neat. Not that I don't love the Bosses now, Maybe I;m just too addicted to create your own ruler.

2. Will the gangs get more cosmetically different and maybe get to outfit them too...or even decide the interior look of rackets?

The modding kit should allow you to tweak/change/create new bosses. And I have no doubt before too much longer that Vito, Sonny, Michael and Fredo will appear in one place; while Charlie, Albert, Frank, Meier and Benny show up in another.
