Questions About the New Ironborn Invasion Rules

My current ruler has fulfilled every qualifier for an invasion other than the 75% liege loyalty faction, however she does have 100+% crown loyalty. I figured "that's a weird oversight" and went to manually switch people from crown loyalty to liege loyalty, however when I switched to my vassals liege loyalty wasn't even given as an option. This obviously raises two questions; first, what are the qualifiers for joining/creating and liege loyalty faction? and secondly, why are both types not considered to allow the invasion? I had to stop my game because continuing would waste the great window for an attack I was about to seize, so a speedy response on how to fix this would be appreciated

Its 100% tooltip is incorrect. Not 75

I had something like 113% crown loyalty so the percentage isn't the issue. In any case, that doesn't address why I couldn't get liege loyalty in the first place.

The mechanics look good on papper but when you take a closer look and see its tied to your levie strength you can just kill off your own levies to increase your vassals strength. I hope kanukey has a fix for this in the next patch. Other than that its prety good.

Once again, I had the required faction strength. The issue is that from what I've gathered only liege loyalists count towards the requirement and liege loyalist factions are only available to vassals, while independent rulers have crown loyalist factions. Unless there's something I'm overlooking it's currently impossible for a ruler to declare an invasion, only a vassal, which is counter-intuitive at best.
