Questions about the public enemy 1 trophy

How do you get the public enemy 1 trophy? It is the very last miscellaneous trophy I need for platinum except for a couple kill certain boss trophies and win as certain boss trophies. I can’t find any good clear guides anywhere how to get the public enemy 1 trophy. Can someone please help me out giving me some advice how to get it? I’m playing on ps4 version 1.03 and the trophy description on ps4 is pretty vague about the requirements for public enemy 1 trophy.

Not easy to get replies here. From the devs anyway. I tried them all except discord. Or maybee they reply on the next live twitch stream.

Is it the one with you need to become public enemy #1 with maximum notoriety ?
You cant be declared public enemy until you got Max notoriety if I am thinking if the right achivment/trophy. If you get declared public enemy before that then can't get it on that playrun.

What you need to do, is to get the "Most Wanted" rating with the police, and have max (1000) notoriety. Let me know if that helped!
