How long does the "Depopulated province" modifier last on a specific province? I got it after converting the culture from Altmer to Breton.
Some bloodlines can be gained through the Forge a Bloodline ambition.
Some are gained through rare events (like the Blood of Alexander) or completing certain tasks.
Existing bloodlines can be gained by marrying in to them.
See here: https://ck2.paradoxwikis.com/Bloodline#Gaining_a_bloodline
Basically you have to matrilineally marry those that have them. I think there is only one or two bloodlines that pass through females without matrimarrying. How do you obtain bloodlines without starting with one?
That would be true for Vanilla but for now I believe there is only one bloodline in EK that you can create (Divine bloodline or something) by creating the Empire of Tamriel. Any other bloodline you'd have to start with.
Where do I find all non-daedric artifacts? I know that the Amulet of Kings is available at Sancre Tor (or was it?)... What about the Jagged Crown? Also are there any other artifacts searchable by Steward?

AFAIK this means there's no way for those without matrimarrying (Malacath, merchant republics) from ever getting a bloodline (unless you forge the divine/Talos bloodline, which I think requires you to be Eight Divines).
The Amulet can be found in a number of ways, including the ambition to find it, which gives a small chance for event chains to try and find/be offered the Amulet, and sending your steward to survey Sancre Tor. There's no non-console way to force a character to become Dragonborn. Certain characters are born with a latent potential, with player characters having a higher than average one, and when a Dragonborn is needed or (very rarely) at random, a character with such potential will be selected to be Dragonborn.Anyone...?
Also, how do you become a dragonborn? Without console commands and Daedric invasions...? Would really want to avoid waiting for several hundred years for a chance to play as one... My current ruler is Genius and has a Strong Genius male heir... Would appreciate any insight on how to make him dragonborn...
If elected emperor of Cyrodiil, you will still be able to form Tamriel. So long as you hold 3 of the provincial kingdom titles, you don't actually need to completely control the provinces. You must also have a special claim on the Empire from either possessing the Amulet of Kings, having an actual claim on Tamriel (if it existed in the past and has since collapsed), have one of either the Reman, Tiber, Divine, or Hidellith bloodlines, or be descended from a Dragonborn. What are the specific requirements of forming the empire of tamriel? Looking at the files I guess I need to complely control 3 kingdoms in tamriel, what else? Can I form it if I somehow got elected as the Cyrodilic Emperor?

While only 3 provinces are needed to form the Empire, it's advisable to wait until you have more under your belt, as only those province which you de facto control will become a de jure part of the Empire.
The Jagged Crown cannot yet be found.
How does one trigger the ambition? I currently own Sancre Tor, parked steward there for years but got nothing...The Amulet can be found in a number of ways, including the ambition to find it, which gives a small chance for event chains to try and find/be offered the Amulet, and sending your steward to survey Sancre Tor.
The steward can take a very long time to find the Amulet. The more competent and less cowardly the steward, the more likely they are to find it. The requirements for taking the ambition are:How does one trigger the ambition? I currently own Sancre Tor, parked steward there for years but got nothing...
Generally speaking, the warlord casus belli is the best way of taking large swathes or land (with the slight drawback of generally causing a coalition of enemies to join even without threat).EDIT: Is there some mechanic that helps a human character to emulate what Tiber Septim did by conquering Tamriel? Defensive Pacts are annoying and I'd like to keep them but the fact that there are numerous independent rulers makes a short war impossible, it doesn't help that CK2 doesn't have the peace deal system like EU4... Or do I have to disable the pacts temporary...?
Yea thats what I did, guess time to turn off defensive pacts...Generally speaking, the warlord casus belli is the best way of taking large swathes or land (with the slight drawback of generally causing a coalition of enemies to join even without threat).
- An adult
- Not already in possession of the Amulet
- No-one else is in possession of the Amulet
- Either an Emperor or holder of one of the provincial kingdoms
- The Empire of Tamriel does not currently have a holder (going to look into adding an exception if you currently are the Emperor of Tamriel)
- One of either Eight Divines, Nine Divines, or Alik'r
- Not infirm, incapable, or slothful
- Dragonborn, dragonblood, ambitious, envion, or ruthless
- Prestige of at least 500
Add_trait Dragonborn seems to work.Yea thats what I did, guess time to turn off defensive pacts...
Good to know, thanks... Also how can I make myself dragonborn? I mean with console command....
That'll give you trait but will break many parts of the DB codeAdd_trait Dragonborn seems to work.
