I installed 1.06... Is it posible to uninstall?

To uninstall, just uninstall the whole game. then if you want to make sure the game is completely wiped you can follow these instructions.

As for the spanish tect file you could try the Spanish forum or try DL one of the patches and see if you could extract it from there.
