So...within the game, the dwarven population is increasing....and I didn't see any female dwarfs...sooo....how do the dwarves reproduct?!
And are you aware that there is a similar game in 2d called "Dwarves!?"
Oh, and of course I am looking forward to play this game

It’s some of the same people that made “Dwarves” are in on this project as well. I guess it was the next logical step for them.


I have wondered about the reproductive question too. In one of the demos I think you see the Dwarves just being spawned out of a “device” of some sorts. I find that means of creating the Dwarves a bit disappointing – but I have no better alternative to offer so I thought to let my thoughts to myself (until now).
But female Dwarves would be good to have in the game – even if it has nothing to do with the reproductive question and just to have more content.

Of course there are female dwarfs! It's just that they got beards too.
About the reproduction rituals, all i can say is that dwarves are pretty shy about their sexual habits, so we don't talk about that - yet. :ninja:

The old bearded-female-Dwarf issue, no single topic is so decisive amongst the dwarfen fan-base. Some vehemently demand full beards, the other side equally vehemently proclaim that female beardedness is a ignorant manling rumor, or worse that their ARE no dwarven women. Personally I prefer to compromise, Dwarven women have FULL HANDLEBAR MUSTACHES!
