I seem to be getting the rats/bug infesting quest every other turn. It'll complete its series then start in a different city. If you guys want to sell a quest DLC pack I'd buy it. But until then we need a way to tone down the quest because paying for special rangers every other turn is a serious drain on the economy and not really as fun as it should be.
