Unless I am missing a fancy key command the game doesn't have this capability. I can't queue up an explorer to do multiple anomolies. I can't have a transport load here and unload there by queuing up the commands, etc.... Ugh. This needs to be added.

Transport can be set up to do a cargo route.

There is a button of three points connected by two lines. You set the starting storage area and what to pick up and then the destination to drop it off. I think it is only a one way route and to get others taken back you have to set up another transport.

I agree that we should be able to queue up actions for the explorer by holding shift.

The transport has the functionality you desire though. Chaon described it above but I'll note that if you set it to pick something up it'll look to everything in a radius of your pick up target. So it'll harvest every nearby metal deposit of your pickup target location.

Yes, saw that. That is for re-occurring trips right? I may only want to do it one time. But it is better than nothing. Only applies to the transport though.

It keeps going until it can't harvest any more. If you only want one trip you'll have to do more micro.
Or if you want it to pick up two different things, or drop off two different things in different depots. Or, indeed, if you want it to take multiple trips but not to run itself out of battery doing it.
