Isnt Khalida the champion of the snake goddess asaph? Is she ever going to be granted a special trait like Settra?
The mod team, as I recall, prefers not to have characters have special traits to represent them regardless of how important that character is. Settra, Malekith, Finubar, Arkhan, and a few others are the rare exceptions because they're immortal and have had gigantic effects on the setting across time.
Exactly. Finubar is someone that I still don't think deserves his unique trait as it makes him too uppity. Arkhan was because of historical necessity (being absolutely unkillable, yet by definition not a Tomb King at all) , and SETTRA!! deserves it for being absolutely hailed as a nigh-inhuman beast of a warrior and that trait mostly just adds insane duel modifiers for him. Malekith speaks for himself, and the rest are basically fodder, from what I remember.
Khalida, from what I read, is by now only different from other Tomb Kings on account of being female, and her whole chosen-ness mostly gave her benefits back when she was alive and even then mostly on the level of "I'll stop this Catfight you lost right here for you" by the Asp Goddess.
So playing as Nagashizzar, I've taken it upon myself to prepare a Strygos invasion to reform the kingdom. I've started getting soldiers spawning at my capital.
I declared a greenskin extermination on a land that is de jure part of Strygos. I've invaded and conquered some territory. A war is ongoing. I then get a notification that I've been too slow, and that my spawned soldiers have abandoned me and I lost 1000 prestige and such.
What have I done wrong? How can I retake Strygos if they don't give me a chance to? A 2 year window is not enough considering it takes months to get troops from Cripple Peak to Strygos.

There is a specific casus belli you need to press to prevent taking penalties, and it covers either a Kingdom level title or "all occupied titles."
The mechanic behaves much like the prepared invasions of the Old Gods.

Any idea what that casus belli might be or how to get it? As of right now I own a handful of counties in the Strygos kingdom. But the only options I have for war with this Orc empire is exterminations of various places.

The specific CB is only available during the short timeframe where you declare your intention to reclaim a bit of Strygos. It's kingdom-tier, I think, but comes with the disadvantage of alerting all other greenskins around who can join in on the fun.
You don't have to take the lands, you use the CB that it gives you (in vanilla, Prepared Invasion) and press that. You have to DECLARE WAR (with that CB) before the 2 years are up, not win it.
Sounds like your game is crapping out on an autosave. What are your specs?
What Zsrai said. Try dropping to speed 1 at the end of the year and see what happens.
CK2 sometimes CTDs for me the day after loading a save if it's not on speed one, I suspect because of all the additional scripting the mod simultaneously runs as soon as you start.
i have conquered the beastman regions in carcassonne as an ork, now all seven regions belong to me, but there are no holdings in it just the empty province... is it a bug, because i cant build in theese regions.
I believe they are adding the ability for Greenskins to build Tribes in the next version... or at least be able to build tribes in empty, Nomad provinces.
Hi, playing some Vlad and decalred a holy war on the Sisters of Sigmar to kick them out of Mordheim. Suddenly notice that the "University of Streissen" joins them in the defense. What's this? A quick check reveals there are several universities, but they hold no land, have no lieges and aren't mercenaries nor holy orders. What are these things? What do they do and what is their purpose?
As a follower of old world religions, you can send your offspring to universities, for a minor stat boost and improved relations with other people who went to a universty.
They might also return with additional bonuses or maluses, like extra cash, advancement in their education trait, returning with a local spouse, and so on.
