There any event I could console-fire to cheat my way there? Just adding the traits directly would be too cheaty :p

Also, would I be right in assuming that hibernating as a Strigoi is going to stop most of the Ways of Life events from firing? And, I guess, most events generally

Eh, I don't know if it's actually possible, there is just one event handling turning and it takes FROM into consideration to determine which trait, graphical culture and religion to assign. You might have an easier time, switching to the vampire, using him to turn your character and switching back to yours.

It's a decision, of course, but be wary Strigoi with the Heart of Melancholy won't be able to wake on their own.

It's a possibility. They are single counts, we cannot give them too much of an advantage despite their bad starting position without making them unbalanced in the other sense.

I'm currently playing a Human character with the Immortal trait (immortal_trait in the files) and despite having it and immortal=# in the save file, I'm still incurring the old_# trait after the age of 50. Any suggestions for stopping it for that particular character, but not on a global level?

Have you tried getting yourself an elixir of eternal youth? Think they've worked pretty well for me before.

About a decade or so.

Yes, he needs to die once for the plot to be available.

No, halfbreeds do not exist in warhammer, stop trying to spawn monstrosities.

They do exist in Wh40k though? Not trying to be offensive

I was playing as Malekith (whom I immediately turn to Chaos Undivided, using cheats. Don't judge me, its just jarring how the Dark Elves worship flawed and false imitations of the Dark Gods) and started interbreeding his dynasty with that of humans and dwarves.

Trying to go for genetic traits and it turns out that A LOT of Chaos Dwarfs have good ones!

-Shouldn't important characters such as Malekith and the Phoenix King have a greater chance of becoming Everchosen? (I know, breaking the 'canon' of the game. But it would be cool to play as Malekith the EVERCHOSEN King!!!)
-Malekith died when attempting to summon a daemon without a prisoner. FIRST ATTEMPT!!!
-Malekith should have a decision to legalized Male Sorcerers
-Aren't a good portion of Dark Elf Nobility DIRECTLY descended from Malekith himself!?! I think that his fertility score be upped because he DOES have children and descendants!

I did another playthrough as Chaos Kislev (yeah, I'm a Chaos fanboy!) AND LOVED buying guns and armor from the Chaos Dwarves!

-Kislev and other Kislevite/Ungol nations (while not under the influence of the Dark Gods) should receive Chaos Adventurer invasions Decades after the start of the game. (They can have the choice of letting the guys go and invade the empire (if the Chaos dudes want to attack the Empire) or fight them)
-Kislevite nations should have extra fortifications (or let it be an option in the late game)
-Daemonic Invasions. Both Naggaroth and the Kislevite nations should be under attack by Daemons late game

Anyway love the mod! Hopefully Ruler Designer would be made compatible in a next patch!

Hey guys. First of all, you did an awesome work and this is one of the best mods I've ever played.
I have some questions :
How exactly does the mutation mechanic works ? And why Witch Hunters which seems to like burning people with apparently no reason do not care about them ? I've seen numerous characters in the Empire get various mutations, even the Westerlander emperor get a freakin hideous beak on his head and everything's still okay for everyone.
In the same subject, shouldn't the mutations get massive malus to opinion ? Right now they have a +5 to opposite and same trait.

Oh, and what is this extremely powerful special unit the elves of Athel Loren have ? Sometimes they join wars at my side or against me, and sometimes they have 1000 "Spell Points" units which have like 0.74 in every attack phase and 50 defence. One day as Reikland I sent my entire army to help the Bretonnian King in a revolt, and those guys were sitting in a mountain pass. I sent my 12k army in there. Not a single man came back, for trivial losses in the other side. If it is working as intended, how does that work ? Is it a retinue ? Spawned event troops ? If so, by which event and why ?

Sorry if I sound like criticizing, that is absolutely not the objective of the post ^^. You guys are amazing.
By the way, if you're "hiring", I'm willing to help you as much as I can, in scripting matters :)

Malekith doesn't have any children(at least canon) As he was burned by the flames and is stuck inside in a armor, there's no way he can bare any children. And a decision to legalize male sorcerers is against canon, at least that's what i get by being a prophecy telling a male mage/sorcerer will be his downfall.

No they don't. The whole half-eldar stuff was retconned.

I will judge you. Why play a warhammer fantasy mod if you're just going to break canon? Might as well write a Captain Kirk/Luke Skywalker slash fanfic. :p

Only humans may become Everchosen.

Hopefully Ruler Designer would be made compatible in a next patch!

Ruler designer will never be compatible. ever.

In the same subject, shouldn't the mutations get massive malus to opinion ? Right now they have a +5 to opposite and same trait.

It's impossible to have mutations give a negative opinion for some people (most of the old world) and a positive opinion with others (all chaos worshippers).

Those are from spellcasting. The enemy commander must be a powerful mage.

By the way, if you're "hiring", I'm willing to help you as much as I can, in scripting matters :)

If you want to join the team, make a mini mod, flavour events, etc. It's like tryouts. We don't want just anyone joining.

They really don't. They have their own gods that aren't just imitations of the Ruinous Powers; the religion that is like that is Norscan and, to a far lesser extent, Northern Gods. The only similarity is that Morathi is/was a Slaanesh worshiper (which has been retconned out, by the way).

Honestly, I think there's a decent argument to be had that pretty much /all/ the Warhammer-verse gods are imitations of the Ruinous Powers in a certain sense. Khaine's just the most obvious one. I risk sidetracking the whole thread into a deep discussion of the metaphysics of Warhammer, though...

There was a time when it was somewhat implied, but the latest incarnations of canon make it unlikely. All the elves gods, Khaine and Atharti included, already existed well before the Warp.

No, actually 1000 spell troops are the forest spirits. Yes, they're very powerful, but, as noted, they disband automatically on winter, it's just a question of waiting.

As noted, only humans become Everchosen, the elves are too pure to fall so low. Malekith is paranoid and was forethold a sorcerer would kill him, he's never going to allow males to learn magic in his realm.

It worked, thanks!

Why even offer us the choice of a non-canon experience at the start of the game then? <EDIT> Disregard me, I have no idea what I'm talking about.
