Ok, I think we've got it fixed. Do a completely clean reinstall of the mod then go into mod\geheimnisnacht\common\laws\succession_laws.txt and find the section that says succ_nomad_succession. Go down 5 lines and delete the part that says:

Alright. After you suggested that I switch that option, I deduced I just needed the Horse Lords DLC. After buying and downloading it, I fresh installed the mod and everything works! Thanks a lot for putting the time and effort into checking this out! It appears the problem was the Horse Lords DLC, so the fix you suggested me would probably work for those who do not have it. Extremely excited to get in to this.

I've got one more question - has the Free Prisoner mechanic been left out from WoL? My son is wasting his time in prison...for 7 years by now and there's nothing I can do.

And can the Orcs marry?

I do not know the first, but the second is a definite no. The reminder is hardcoded.

And how about "studying magic"? Does that yield anything in specific (spent a decade doing nothing so far).

Nope that was supposed to have been removed before release but the person in charge has been very ill so it slipped through the cracks.

Could I get a clear explanation on the requirements for the "Tzeentchian Sacrifice"?

Also, is the sacrifice the same as the hidden cultist one?

Based on what i recall from looking at the event-files, you need 6 family members in your dungeon to sacrifice, however it may also work just with friends. It works very similar to the cultist blood orgies at least in that the 6 people, or in this case family members die and i believe the rewards from that are different, you dont get cult standing obviously and i believe one of the rewards from Tzeentch is magic.

A few questions from a novice in warhammer.
1. What race would you recommend (prefer playing really weak starting culture/race then world domination)

2. Want to have a magic ruler and dynasty but from what I gather from the forum some locations/cultures/religions have blocks to magic etc so wondering where a good location that's challenging but doable to become an immortal magic god ruler with great grandchildren everywhere.

3. Which religion would you recommend that has a decent amount of features yet is also weak at the start so I can go all convert the heretic on it?

4. Can I give the immortality potion to vassals I like to keep them around?

Sorry for all the questions, it looks like a great mod and enjoyed my sylvanian later turned vampire emperor of arabia playthrough but at a loss for what to do next.

1. Human are of course the easiest since they are the closest to the base game. But you can also play one of the not Vlad vampire, I really love the strigoi.

2. Play a vampire or in the Arabian region. Looks easy to get magic there. Most ruler start with it, you'll have to work for magic heir though. Elves are immortal magician from the start. Don't play dwarves, they don't get the magic.

3. Slaanesh worship is the most flesh out of the chaos gods. Celestial have features and a really weak start. Ouside of those, I don't know. The Shadowmen don't have a lot of land but I don't know if they have a lot of features.

4. I don't know. You cannot gift potion of healing so I would say no.

Feudal_governments, inside common/governments.

Try vampires, you can learn magic, gift vampirism, go crazy and conquer the world :)

So ive managed to get the Lunatic_3 trait, and iwas wondering if it was possible to cheat it away. It keeps reappering even after i console it away, i suppose it has to do with the lunacy counter, any way to cheat it down?

I'm getting a fair few CTD's even with the 13.1 and hotfix. I don't have have conclave activated because I don't particularly like it, would this have any possible effect?
