It should be available if you have provinces in your demesne of a different Skaven culture.Hi, I am having trouble finding the requirements for the intimidate subjects decision which is visible in the Skaven Dev Diary. Is a particular trait needed or is there something obvious I am missing?.

its a new savegame have installed the last mod version yesterday 0.13.4 (deleted the old version)You updated the mod and then loaded an earlier save, didn't you?
Almost any change to a traits file switches around any traits in that file for any save made prior to the change. It's just an idiosyncrasy of the engine - updates screw up saves.

ok i will try and test it, thx for the support!Probably something wrong with the install then - try completely removing and reinstalling it once again, then starting a new game.
Looks like you're having a mod conflict (look at that mini map).
As for your vamp question you'll need to explain in more detail. Humans can get turned but it's a pretty risky venture.
Elves cannot become vampires, but humans can, and the only way to become a vampire is to be given the blood kiss, either from having a vampire lover(very dangerous, high chance of dying instead), or by being vassalized by a vampire and then asking for the kiss.i solved the problem it was the mod SketchyCheatMenu
I am interested in elves and humans as vampires, i want start somewhere in a dutchy and turn to a vampire.
would I most like the character's editor
ps: sry for my bad english isnt my language...

As for the Ruler designer, you can still make a character, but you cannot give the traits, instead you must do that manually via console.
Ummm... It's some months since i last played this mod, but has the Dragon-Emperor, you know the head of the celestial religion, really been changed from an actual dragon with a cool portrait to a dude named Adam?
I'm currently playing as that Jade Vampire in Lustria and i got a pop-up about how Dragon-Emperor Adam had just died and been replaced with Adam II. It kinda put me out of any kind of immersion, but i get that you changed it if there were problems with having a celestial, incapable dragon character in the game.
Yes, all of the cultural variant buildings are more of something like vanilla's cultural buildings. The reasoning behind this was because they are decently strong, and as an Imperial, you are suppose to rely upon your state troop companies over your free levies and retinues. Are the sweet new Imperial culture buildings meant to be buildable only at Castle Construction 3? Wouldn't something like the second tier of the Imperial Keep building be a more 'logical' prerequisite?
