Quick Question?

I've read the "How to Make a Basic Scenario" thread, and I am going to sound like a real newbie (which I am), but how do I get at the folders I need to edit? As in where are they located on my computer, and how do get to them?

They are in 'this computer', then you click your way into the strategy fiorst folder and into Europa Universalis, then you find a map names 'Scenarios'

Acctually all I have in there is the Readme, a bottum to start the game, and two links to the Stratgy First website.

You want to go to the program directory, not the start shortcut link - go to 'my computer' then 'program','programs' or 'program files' then to 'Paradox Entertainment' or 'Strategy First' and then into 'Europa Universalis'

That is what I did! Meh, do I need a special peice of software or something?
