I have been bypassing these for units that I wouldn't build, but I noticed that a lot of these events add stats to things such as assault chance, ground attack efficiency, etc.
I was curious though, do these stack even if I do not use say Basic Infantry? Will these still come into play when using my mainstay infantry?
