[R-Gold] Just installed and patched / No launch

Hello I just installed the EU GOLD ROME game, then patched it in its last version.

Here is what i get :

The "continue" option doesn't work either

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

I also deleted all the files/folder that were in the "cache" folder.

Ps : Running XP.
Ps2 : the repair option is not working, i'm removing the game to try again...
Edit : new install still saying the same message
