I got notification from marauders that a raid was initiated against me. But the raiding fleet is stuck in the Marauder system and not flying to me. Waited over a year but the fleet is stuck.

Marauder was my neighbor, he has 9.9k raiding fleet. My Starbase is about 5k and raid should attack.

All DLC on Series X, version 7.1 of Stellaris.
