Description​

Pressuring princely states to rejoin india, via on-map decisions does not force them to rejoin india. Nothing occurred after pressuring all possible states. If a princely states is not pressured, the princely state immediately joins Pakistan.

Attached is two saves (before and after trying to pressure princely states) and 1 screencap of the aftermath (RAJ_1941_11_28_18 save).

Steps to Reproduce​

1. Run RAJ_1941_07_24_16 save and accept 'Tryst with Destiny' event.
2. Open the decision tab
3. Run for a few days to generate 'pressure princely state' decisions (which are only available on map).
4. Pressure any selection of Princely States using the decisions until the maximum amount of pressure has been used.
5. Wait till the 'Princely states deciding their fate' decision times out.
6. The princely states should either join Pakistan (if no pressure) or do nothing.

Have this same issue. Have tried pressuring in different ways. They do nothing.
