The fact that you can move your rally points as you please and summon a thousands strong army at a whim at any place you want feels a bit broken.
In my current game, playing as the King of Portugal, I have some land in the british isles (don't ask me, I don't know how either) which allows me to declare holy wars on all the vikings that inhabit the island currently. Now that's fine, but the problem is that I can, if I want, create a portal that brings all my levies to my enemy's frontier in under 50 days, usually right next to my war objective, which means I can start every war with the war objective basically already under my control.

Suggestions:

- Increase the gathering time based on distance to your capital.
- Make the men-at-arms regiments available to summon only in the player's domain, why should the king's personal army be in a vassal's land ready for war instantly, while that very vassal's levies take time to gather?
- Give men-at-arms regiments a gathering timer as well.
- This one is a must imo. Add a timer everytime the player moves a rallying point, right now there's no point in even having multiple rallying points most of the time because you can just move all of them at a whim, completely removes a possibly interesting strategic element from the game!
