I had a couple cool ideas for events 
"Troubled Succession" There is another heir that has a legitimate claim to the throne, you can either war with him, causes a big stability loss, some revolt risk for a year, and some revolts, OR you can grant him his own country as your vassal (grant independance to a random country)
"So-and-So Demands Tribute" If you have lower than -125 relations with a neighbor, they are bigger than 5 provinces in size, and you are smaller than 4 provinces in size, they demand tribute for your continued existence. If you submit to their demands of 200 ducats, you get a +125 relations boost (normalizing relations), they get 200 ducats and military access. If you refuse, they get a causus belli for a year, and -50 relations.
