Welcome to my first ARR. Its about my mod, RandomHoi, latest version.
This ARR looks to show all people who doesn't know the mod or haven't tried it what can do.
I generated a scenario with default settings and 60 countries. I'm going to play Nationalist Spain, and my first objective will be to declare a civil war against republican Spain. Then, normal game.
I start with a medium country at north of real Italy. I have only 60 IC but 20 leadership (leadership on random hoi is higher than normal, (you can select less leadership when generating) because any country can "play" the game, they have to research a lot of techs and I want to use (the mod) all features that leadership can give (spies, sharing techs, etc)).

Lets look to my claims, aha, not bad.

First step I need to do is expand. But if I want to declare war sooner I need to join Axis, and lower my neutrality. Now I have around 55. So I revoke my claims on 5 provinces that have the axis leader and start to align to them, so I can join axis later.

My country started as an Infantry focus country. I have 1938 infantry and motorized, but I don't have armor or any tech of planes and ships.. only basic units. BUT I start to research industry as always, then armor, planes and ships(DD,BB and cvl).

My cabinet. I selected a minister that can lower my neutrality faster. Thats nice.

Annd my starting army, nothing special. My ships are 1 heavy cruiser, one BC and 2 subs. I have a lot of work here, because Republican Spain is on North America.


I have also have Cyprus, and some provinces on real Philippines whit Guam. Only one province of them is worth, but it have nice resources as any colony province with resources.

My first units are 3 DD, my elites units (Legion Española) and some brigades that i need to complete one starting unit.
I release a puppet on a empty province. This is useful because I have a nice master modifier (while my WE is low) and they will spam militia.

Resource event. This will help to all countries with a flat manpower extra. This is going to be a war game, and no war can be without manpower. (this is an option of the generator too).

Other countries are releasing puppets too!

Random hoi Law. With this all countries are losing neutrality. In any case, there is a WorldWide NAP expiring 1937. (generator option)

I use my spies to try to steal techs.

I acquire license techs for my growing army. 2 armors from Republican Spain, 2 destroyers tier III from Turkey and 2 LC tier III too from France.

Nap expired!

and.. BAM! FOOL BOLIVIA, axis leader, I WAS GOING TO BE YOUR BEST FRIEND FOREVER! Is this going to be the shortest AAR ever?
