Random New World Crashes (Very Early into Campaign)

I decided on a chill colonial campaign using a custom nation.

After saving, and closing down the game for a break, then loading it a little bit later (January 1st, 1451), I am now getting a crash when it flips to February 1st.

I tried loading some of the older autosaves, and they are getting the same errors.

I also found that someone else on reddit had the exact same error.

Please assist if there are any manual file changes I can do to get past it.
I REALLY hope I don't have to wait till 1.32.2 patch or beyond to play Random new world

This has been reported here quite a few times, as you might imagine!

If you can find no thread on it in Bug Reports, please make one there and attach the relevant save game file there, thanks.

I have attached some of the files from one of the many crashes (I tried a few different of the previous autosaves, and settings).

Also, I am not running any Mods.
