random regent for incapable ruler

Description​

My ruler became incapable, and the game immediately changed my regent to some random egoistic vasall. Previously it was my wife.
Reloading, and changing my designated regent before becoming incapable fixes this issue, the vassel appointed by me is now my regent after becoming incapable.
I assume it has to do with the fact that my wife was my default regent: Previous designated regent probably died without my choosing a new regent, so wife was made regent by default.

Steps to reproduce​

Become incapable while your regent is the default regent selected after death of previous regent.
