Hi,
I decided that EU2 could use a Random Scenario generator, so I made one. I call it 'RSGen'. Current version number is 0.1. You can download it here.
How to use it:
1) Put the executable in your EU2 folder and run the program.
2) Select the desired number of countries
3) Select the way the generator should assign the provinces:
"Risk" mode means everyone gets provinces in completely random locations.
The other mode uses the fact that neighbouring provinces often have neighbouring ID-numbers. This mode produces more coherent countries, however some countries will still have very weird province placing.
4) Wait for the program to finish (strangely enough, it goes faster if you go to full screen with ALT+ENTER).
5) The generator will make a directory "RANDOM". Inside this folder, there is another folder "Random" and two files. Copy everything to your EU2\scenarios folder.
6) Start EU2, load the scenario and enjoy complete randomness!
