Description​

Issues that can be observed in the provided save:
- Duchy of Ostfalen is named after the ruler's dynasty (Jasemid) even though he is of Welsh culture.
- Byzantine Empire is named after the ruler's dynasty even though the holder of the title is of a culture that does not use dynastic title names (greek + croatian hybrid).

It seems that these titles might have been held by a ruler of a culture that uses dynastic title names in the past.

Run the game in observer mode for some time. Pay attention to country names.
