Rebar reinforcement issues

Hello!
Spend so much time to find something about rebar reinforcement. There is actually no any information that I have only choice to write directly. There is what I need:
Requirements to build rebar reinforcement and
why I cannot destroy it? Im missclicked on my map and now, cant undo it. Any help from your side? I have spent more that 2 hours to found out any way to get it off like build water under it or restart map several times. By the way, I tried use all the destroy instruments from each section but it doesnt work.

Yup, the issue is there. And since no devs working on the game anymore, we will have to plan first, build second, and rebar third.

If you are still alive and for anyone that found this thread with a search engine: Build a wall over the rebar and then remove the wall. After that the rebar will be gone. I find this necro worth it because this issue was driving me nuts.
