I've being playing as a count under the duke of Toulouse*, and noticed that my lands used to be part of the extinct Dukedom of Gothia, which I supose was the same as Septimania.
But the option to create the title is grayed out.
Is it possible to recreate the title under some circunstances, or it exists only in the historical files?
I'm sorry if the answer is obvious, but I get lost at times within this game and even more with this amazing mod. Hope the question is not too stupid to be answered.
* (who happens to hold a peculiar taste for seducing the crassest murderous peasants on France, but that's beside the point, lol).
P.s.: I'm dejure vassal of the (uncreated) dukedom of The Upper Pyrenees. (I'm half sure thats the name). Not sure if this affect the situation.
