Recruit for a Court position notification button always shows up

Description​

I like to have "notify when this decision becomes available" checked on all my items that I want to initiate as soon as it's available. That being said, since the "recruit for a court position" has changed, that notification button no longer shows up when something is available. Instead it's always showing up, even though there are not available options to select.

For easier reference, the three main options in this courtier decision are "Search for a Physician, Search for a Caravan Master, Search for a Wet Nurse"

Steps to reproduce​

Click "recruit for a court position", click "notify when this decision becomes available" box. The purple icon at the top of the screen never goes away when there are no options to select.
