I am looking to recruit some Demi Moderators for this forum.
So what is a Demi Moderator you may ask, Glad you did. A Demi Moderator is our entry level forum staff position.
It is a volunteer position and although there is no exact time commitment, if you do not plan on reading this forum frequently anyway the job is not for you.
Demi Moderator our the front line position that has the most interaction with the members. You report issues and concerns up the chain and solve minor issues yourself.
No experience is necessary, although being friendly and having an even temperament is a must.
You must also be 18+ and have been a member for at least 6 months.
