Red Dots on Map, occasional Teal Squares.

Description​

Whenever I start up a Game, and move around the Map - Red Dots begin to slowly build up, and game will begin stuttering. Blue/Teal Squares will appear, though only when panning around the Map (could not take a Screenshot of those). After a few minutes, game will abruptly crash.

I have tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. Screenshot provided is the best capture that I could get of the red dots before crashing.

Steps to reproduce​

I am not sure, the issue appeared abruptly yesterday, I have had no previous graphical issues up until yesterday.

An Update on the Issue: I have managed to disable the Artifacts (Red Dots) by turning off Advanced Shaders, after having to do a fresh reinstall of my Graphics Driver.

Edit: Correction on my Update, it was Bloom not Advanced Shaders.
