Redundant Piety debuff (after completing pilgrimage)

Description​

As an Ashari (or any muslim sect with Hajj doctrine), I still have the -25% piety (that the "Hajj" doctrine that in its description says will be removed upon completion of Hajj) after having completed the Hajj.

Steps to reproduce​

1- I started as an Ashari ruler
2- went on Hajj and completed it
3- check piety gain after the Hajj and you find the -25% piety is still there
