Let's take botanist, they have +luxuary and -social. I wonder what effect does the -social have, is it that this colonist dislikes being in a dome where social structure are or maybe colonist with the +social interest?

people without specialization have social, relaxation, shoping. Botanist in comparison have luxury but don't have social. It show the difference with unspecialized people.
So the -social is only there to show me that the social interest is non existent anymore? That seems a bit silly, why not just don't show it at all?
