As you can see my regime should be yard by now but its locked on lockdown. And also im not on lockdown mode, any ideas why this is happening?

Same for my here friend. Hope its a minor bug.
I tried reloading but didnt work,

Same happened for me, as well as for ColonelWill on his twitch stream today. He used the rollcall button and it went into lockdown
It is a shame, because this will completely make the game unplayable. Hope to fix it soon, im eager to get to try all new content in the game.
Edit: made a new game, played for solid 45min and same thing again. It seems like the game is quite unplayable for now

TheJube. It has to do with staff needs and the call for the staff riot event. I have found that playing on my new map without events on, that staff needs can be handled quickly in the beginning as well as just keeping them rested. That will do the for a fix until it's fixed via the devs
