Regime Tab Is Glitched

My Regime tab In-Game is glitched since the new DLC release "Free for Life".
I can not select the different regimes, this makes the game unplayable.

It looks like this (see attachment):

You can drag a edge from the UI to scale it. This makes everything ugly big and covers the whole screen, but the buttons for the regime work at least.
And ah yeah~ if you wan't to change your regime, you would have to do it every time you open your clipboard.

However, that is not the solution I want to go for forever.
Please just fix it as soon as possible.

At 2560x1440, I have a usable regime display, but the wrapping is still wrong: the regime types are overlapping the edge of the window (the manila folder) rather than there being a right margin to keep the display entirely on the paper.

By narrowing the window, I'm able to reproduce the regime types extending off the bottom of the window like NaNoServers is seeing.

You can drag the edges and corners to a optimal size. Like a normal window when you play or use an app on your computer.
