Regime Tab Is Glitched

My Regime tab In-Game is glitched since the new DLC release "Free for Life".
I can not select the different regimes, this makes the game unplayable.

It looks like this (see attachment):

You can drag a edge from the UI to scale it. This makes everything ugly big and covers the whole screen, but the buttons for the regime work at least.
And ah yeah~ if you wan't to change your regime, you would have to do it every time you open your clipboard.

However, that is not the solution I want to go for forever.
Please just fix it as soon as possible.
